Verify the listing, seller and collection terms before transferring money.
1. Check listing consistency
Compare the price with similar listings, read the full description and verify that all photos show the same item. An unusually low price, time pressure or a request to move outside the service deserves extra caution.
2. Verify the seller
Review account age, verified contact signals, active listings and the quality of replies. A new account is not automatically fraudulent, but it calls for stronger verification.
3. Collection and payment
For valuable items, choose a safe collection point, inspect before paying and request proof of purchase when relevant. Do not send an advance payment merely because the seller claims there are many interested buyers.
4. React to warning signs
Do not open suspicious “payment collection” links or share BLIK codes, passwords or card data. Report suspicious listings using the listing page form.
